x 4 Digit Display (2.3 inch) (Show me details)

2.3" Numeric Display

With so many programming options you can make this counter display just about anything.  The most common use for this counter is to track safe days worked, but we've had people use this counter to track days until a project deadline, number of environmental incidents, static price display, and many more. The logic is simple.  Tell the sign how often you want to count, what direction to count, and how much to count by each time it counts.  Then simply set a current count, and the counter will begin following your instructions.  The configuration is stored in flash memory so if the power goes out, you won't need to reconfigure it.

Programming Options
Count up or count down or turn automatic counting off and the display will only show the number you set it to. Set the brightness level from dim to blinding (5 levels of brightness). Count action can be configured to occur every second, minute, hour, day, week, or month. Limit counting to certain days.  For example you might only want to count Monday to Friday and not count on weekends. Configure the display to count by any number from 1 to 99 and each time the counter counts it will increment or decrement by that number. Decimal point location can be set to light the decimal point at any location

x Multi-color Light (4 inch) (Show me details)

Multicolor Light (4")We source these lights from a carnival light manufacturer so they are plenty bright.

Our controller handles up to twelve lights and allows you to set the color, brightness, and animation properties of each light individually.

You will need an IR remote control to choose between eight common colors, or a network controller to choose any color in the visible spectrum.

Each lights can be set to flash at different speeds, fade, or cycle throught all colors with a rainbow effect.

See the operating instructions for this display.

These lights function like any of our other multi color lights, but they are small so they are great for signs where you need many indicators.  Maximum number of lights per controller is 30 and while we most commonly use these lights for safety cross products they can be added to other signs as well for various types of indicators.  The picture here shows examples of red, yellow, green, and blue but the lights are capable of showing magenta, white, gold, cyan and others.

x Safety Cross 0.8" Lights (Show me details)

Safety Cross Component

The safety cross is a special version of the firmware for the multicolor controller that allows up to 30 lights to be controlled in a safety cross pattern. The lights can be set to a color to denote the safety status for the day or denote days of significance in the future such as a monthly or weekly safety meeting. For example, for each incident free day in the current month you can set the light to green. On any day where a near miss occurs the light can be set to yellow and if a reportable accident occurs the light for that day can be set to red. Safety meetings for the month can be denoted in
blue until the end of the day at which point the light can be updated to green/yellow/red to report the safety status.

For operating instructions and more details please see our Multicolor Lights Display support section.

Full Color Scrolling Message Display

Our full color scrolling message solution was developed in house and is fully compatible with our control options.

This display is powered by our network controller so for optimal results your sign will need to be connected to your company network.  If third party devices are not permitted on your network, a laptop can be directly connected to the sign in order to make updates to the messages.  Critical functionality for managing messages is also available directly from the IR remote control, but this method is not as easy, lacks control over certain features, and is therefore recommended only in situations where the first two options are not possible.

For more information please see our operating instructions and overview video.
